Get ready for a double dose of Running Man Headlines (AKA Lore has been sequestered for the better part of three weeks due to grad school final projects – my head hurts so, so, so much right now). Cheers!

Next week on Running Man…
Running Man’s Australian adventure continues as the cast and guests Rain and Kim Woo Bin go all 19th century on us with a gold rush themed challenge. Expect the cast in costumes, plenty of interactions with people in costumes, and awkward Kwang Soo moments. Check out the preview and pics below:
Now on to the headlines!
Yoo Jae Suk: Everybody Wants You!
The rumors first began swirling around a supposed courting of Yoo Jae Suk by YG Entertainment. Then the news gained traction and pretty soon it appeared that every entertainment company and their brother were trying to sign the Nation’s MC to an exclusive contract. It has been confirmed that Yoo Jae Suk has met with Starship Entertainment and mega-entertainment company SM, all to talk possible contracts. So how did this all come about? Isn’t Yoo Jae Suk already under contract to an agency?
Well, the history of Yoo Jae Suk and contracts is a little complicated. It was in 2010 that he broke with his agency due to non-payment- at the time he was owed over 500 million won for work he had completed. In 2011 Jae Suk ended up filing a lawsuit against his agency, Storm E&F over the wages due. Jae Suk also filed suit against the big 3 networks (SBS, MBC, KBS) for non-payment as he had requested they bypass the agency and pay him directly. Eventually the broadcasting companies doled out the buckaroos and the suit was dropped. At about that time Jae Suk founded his own entertainment company, JS Entertainment.
It is anyone’s guess as far as the reason why Yoo Jae Suk has decided to go back to contracting with an agency. Of course there are the logical reasons- such as the asset of having professional management to help deal with the chaotic schedule that belongs to a top star. One thing is pretty much a given- Yoo Jae Suk is going to be pretty careful choosing who he signs with given his past history of a crappy agency and the lack of hard earned money being deposited in his bank account. Best of luck Grasshopper, with whatever agency you chose!

Asian Dream Cup 2014
The Asian Dream Cup has become a yearly ritual for Running Man. The protocol dictates that Park Ji Sung guest stars, he brings a few fab soccer friends, and the whole special series ends with some of the Running Man cast playing in the Asian Dream Cup (a charity soccer match that Park Ji Sung sponsors). The episodes are always hilarious, and I expect no less from this year’s entry. The details and a poster of the event are below. Here is guessing we will see this episode airing in late June / July of this year.
Date: 2 June 2014 (Match Day)
Time: 6PM (Local time)
Venue: Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta
Attendees: Park Ji Sung, Running Man’s Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Suk Jin, Kim Jong Kook, Haha, Gary, Song Ji Hyo & Lee Kwang Soo

Parting Thoughts X2
Since I am two entries behind in Running Man headlines I supposed I would have 2 parting thoughts.
Because Kwang Soo loves his Ji Hyo Noona- and his “Nooooooooooooooooona!” scream gave me life.
Because this happened.
